1. Return Eligibility:

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days from the date of delivery.
  • To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition.
  • Products that have been opened or used are non-returnable unless damaged or defective upon arrival.

2. Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at vecomarket19@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.

3. Refunds:

  • If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned product.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for the return shipping fees unless the product was damaged or defective upon arrival.

4. Damaged or Defective Items: If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at vecomarket19@gmail.com. We will offer a replacement or a full refund, depending on your preference, at no additional cost to you.

5. Non-Returnable Items:

  • Products that are marked as final sale or clearance items are not eligible for returns or refunds.
  • Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with are not eligible for return unless defective.

6. Exchanges: If you would like to exchange an item for a different product, please follow the return process above, and once we receive your return, we will issue a refund. You can then place a new order for the desired product.

7. Cancellations: If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order. Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled, but you may initiate a return as per our return policy.
